Q. What karat gold are your items made of?
A. All products shown are made of 14 karat gold.

 

Q. Can items be ordered in 18 kt or platinum?
A. As all orders are produced on a request basis, we can also produce 18kt as well as platinum items. We do not produce our items in sterling silver.

 

Q. What delivery time schedule do you have?
A. Inasmuch as we do not maintain a stock of our products due to cost of gold, we produce all orders on demand and deliver within two to three weeks.

 

Q. Do you make any specially designed products?
A. Yes, we do. A drawing or photograph must be submitted for you to obtain a quote.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes.  Recipient pays for extra shipping costs, all duties and taxes.
